StellarJay Digital Services strives to provide one-on-one personal services to the community of San Diego. The aim is to stay small. It’s run by Scott Norland who brings more than 20 years experience creating websites and applications, more than a decade of those at a Fortune 100 company. Combining this with highly detailed photography and graphic design enables a personal, convenient, optimized solution for small businesses. StellarJay Digital Services is run out of the small community of Serra Mesa, right in the center of San Diego. StellarJay was founded in 2020.

When not building websites and taking photos Scott enjoys riding bikes and exploring the mountains and deserts of Southern California.
